(That's cur o sho ko lah). Say it three times, and click your heels - you're almost home! Quite simply, the way into a chocolate lover's heart. First we fill a light pastry heart with a blend of dark chocolate, fresh bananas and mascarpone cheese. Then bake them all together until they are piping hot and golden brown; then drizzle it with home made caramel and dust with toasted walnuts over the top with chocolate accents.
The result is a confection of incomparable flavor.
