lover's heart. First we fill a light pastry heart with a blend of dark
chocolate, fresh bananas and mascarpone cheese. Then bake them all together

you'll see why. We start off with a layer of Kahlua
soaked devil's food cake, which is under a creamy Bailey's chocolate mousse then
sandwiched with a Grand Marnier Bavarian cream. Next we enrobe this
confectionery wonder with dark chocolate, whipped cream and toasted almonds.

So as not to become redundant shall we begin with a
layer of chocolate fudge brownie topped with a sumptuous peanut butter and milk
chocolate mousse. Then add a layer of our luscious Kahlua mocha Bavarian cream
under a peanut butter and chocolate rocky road and top that with a devil's food
cake soaked in Kahlua. Finally we cover this creation with dark chocolate
ganache, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This brings new meaning to the
